Organization admins can invite team members and external advisors to the portal. This guide covers how to create users and what each role can do.

How to Invite Users

Only Admin users can invite new members. To invite someone:
  1. Click the organization name in the header and select Beheer organisatie (Manage organization)
  2. Go to the Leden (Members) tab in the left sidebar
  3. Click Uitnodigen (Invite)
  4. Enter the email address and select a role
  5. Click Uitnodiging verzenden (Send invitation)
The invited user will receive an email to complete their account setup.

Roles and Permissions

Member

For internal operational staff who work with quotes on a daily basis. Examples: Sales representatives, back-office employees, customer service staff

Admin

For organization owners and managers who need to control team access. Examples: Business owners, operations managers, team leads
Only assign Admin to trusted users who need member management access.

Advisor

For external partners who submit quotes but shouldn’t access full organization data. Examples: Independent energy advisors, partner consultants, freelance sales agents
Use Advisor for external partners to keep your organization data secure while allowing them to submit quotes.

Best Practices

  • Use Admin only for users who need member management
  • Use Member for internal staff working with quotes
  • Use Advisor for external partners with limited access
  • Have at least two Admins for continuity
  • Review and remove inactive users regularly
