How to Upload
You can upload documents in two ways:- From the confirmation screen — Immediately after submitting a quote, use the upload section on the confirmation page
- From the quotes table — Navigate to the quotes list, find your quote, and click the arrow (→) button on the right to access the quote details page where you can upload documents
Document Types
When uploading, you can categorize your document by type. This helps organize attachments and ensures the right documents are available during processing:| Type | When to Use | Examples |

| Quote Copy | Upload the original quote document that was presented to the customer | Customer-facing quote PDF, signed quote document |
| NWF Installer Declarations | Upload NWF (Nationaal Warmtefonds) installer declaration forms required for Dutch subsidy applications | Completed NWF declaration PDFs, installer certification forms |
| Invoice | Upload final invoices or billing documents | Final invoice after installation, payment receipts |
Document type is optional but recommended. It makes it easier to find specific documents later and helps streamline the processing workflow.
