After submitting a quote, you can upload supporting documents to provide additional context and documentation for the financing request. These attachments help ensure all necessary information is available for processing.

How to Upload

You can upload documents in two ways:
  1. From the confirmation screen — Immediately after submitting a quote, use the upload section on the confirmation page
  2. From the quotes table — Navigate to the quotes list, find your quote, and click the arrow (→) button on the right to access the quote details page where you can upload documents

Document Types

When uploading, you can categorize your document by type. This helps organize attachments and ensures the right documents are available during processing:
TypeWhen to UseExamples
Quote CopyUpload the original quote document that was presented to the customerCustomer-facing quote PDF, signed quote document
NWF Installer DeclarationsUpload NWF (Nationaal Warmtefonds) installer declaration forms required for Dutch subsidy applicationsCompleted NWF declaration PDFs, installer certification forms
InvoiceUpload final invoices or billing documentsFinal invoice after installation, payment receipts
Document type is optional but recommended. It makes it easier to find specific documents later and helps streamline the processing workflow.

File Formats and Size Limits

Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP Maximum file size: 25MB per file
Files larger than 25MB will be rejected. If you have a large file, consider compressing the PDF, reducing image resolution, or splitting multi-document files into separate uploads.

What Happens After Upload

Once uploaded, documents are securely stored and associated with the quote. The Prets team will review these documents as part of the financing process. You do not need to take any further action after uploading.
